The TKLM230 low-noise cage control valve is an engineering marvel designed to significantly minimize the noise generated by compressed fluids. Ingeniously crafted to facilitate the diffusion and expansion of gas during throttling, it features a myriad of symmetrical small holes on the sleeve, meticulously reducing pressure drop. At its core, the valve boasts a pressure-balanced structure. The fluid passage embodies an S-streamlined shape, further complemented by a flow guide wing designed to enhance fluid balance around the sleeve. This results in minimal pressure drop loss, amplified flow efficiency, and remarkably low noise levels.
Adhering to the ANSI B16.104 standard, the control valve exhibits impeccable leakage control. It is augmented with a multi-spring diaphragm, cylinder, or electric actuator, each contributing to its compact yet robust structure, delivering superior output force and operational excellence.
