Advanced Diagnostic Intelligence
The PDS Intelligent Transmitter is equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic capabilities, offering real-time monitoring of operational processes and its own status. Upon events surpassing predefined thresholds, it triggers a fault alarm state, outputting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to initiate control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During any malfunction, the LCD screen prominently displays "Err", enabling swift identification and repair of faulty components, thus streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures with ease and convenience.
This intelligent diagnostic feature can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled as warning or fault currents. It seamlessly diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement component incur damage, replacement can be swiftly executed onsite without necessitating recalibration.
