Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge ingeniously connects its upper and lower ends to the container using robust flanges, creating a seamless communicator. This design allows the actual height of the liquid level inside the container to be directly viewed through the transparent glass, offering clarity and precision in monitoring.
Our advanced liquid level gauges come in two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive, catering to diverse measurement needs.
Ingeniously designed safety steel balls are nestled within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. Should the glass plate face accidental damage, these resilient steel balls automatically engage, sealing under internal container pressure to prevent any liquid outflow, thus ensuring safety.
The UB type of the instrument features versatile blocking screws at each end, while the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, facilitating sampling, flushing, or effortless release of residual liquid during maintenance, enhancing practicality.
The product is adaptable with a steam jacket, making it ideal for accurately measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media, thus broadening its application scope.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Effectively manages pressure differentials of 0.2 MPa, ensuring seamless operation.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Offers pressure tolerance of 1.0 MPa, ensuring consistent performance.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation.

Process Connection: The UB type features an external thread connection of G3/4" or M27×1.5, ensuring robust integration.

UB-A type connection flange: Matches HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For other flange standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify when ordering to ensure exact compatibility.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, designed for durability and longevity.
