The PDS Intelligent Transmitter boasts an outstanding basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with achievable precision reaching up to 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of relentless operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, it is equipped with formidable anti-electromagnetic interference and lightning protection capabilities, ensuring unrivaled stability and reliability of the PDS transmitter.

Intelligent Diagnosis
The PDS Intelligent Transmitter features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that vigilantly monitors both its operational process and internal conditions in real-time. When the number of defined events is exceeded, the transmitter triggers a fault alarm state, outputting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to generate a control signal for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During malfunctions, the LCD screen prominently displays 'Err' and conducts an automatic analysis and identification of faulty components, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
This diagnostic function is accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, interpreting alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically scrutinizes SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In the event of damage to electronic units or measurement elements, the faulty component can be effortlessly replaced onsite without necessitating re-calibration.

Simulation
The simulation capability of the transmitter is designed to replicate process states to derive precise measurement data. It is also employed to verify transmitter circuit connectivity and output status. The simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with available modes including fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure and seamlessly reverts to normal measurement mode following a key operation or power cycle reset.
