Structural Principle

The innovative design of the liquid level gauge offers seamless connectivity to containers through precision-engineered flanges, operating as a dynamic communicator. This allows for the effortless and clear observation of the actual liquid level inside the container, thanks to a robust glass interface.
Crafted with versatility in mind, our liquid level gauges are available in two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive, each offering unique advantages for tailored liquid monitoring solutions.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauge is equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls are designed to automatically seal themselves under internal container pressure, effectively halting any potential liquid leakage.
The instrument demonstrates high adaptability with its distinct configurations: the UB type features blocking screws at both ends, whereas the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, offering practical functionalities such as sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during essential maintenance operations.
Our product can be optionally enhanced with a steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous, easily frozen liquid media, ensuring reliable performance in diverse environmental conditions.

Measurement Range: This versatile device offers a wide measurement range, accommodating levels at 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, and up to 1700 mm, ensuring precision and adaptability for various applications.

Operating Temperature: Designed for high-temperature applications, the device performs efficiently at temperatures up to 200ºC.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Features an automatic valve sealing that maintains a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, contributing to its robust performance and safety.

Steam Jacket Pressure: The steam jacket is rated for a pressure of 1.0 MPa, enhancing thermal efficiency.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, ensuring a secure and reliable steam jacket fitting for seamless operation.

Process Connection: Versatile in connectivity, offering a UB type connection thread with options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, providing flexibility for various industrial setups.

UB-A Type Connection Flange: Offers compatibility with multiple standards, including HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. Other standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN can be specified when ordering, ensuring broad applicability.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted with resilience in mind, utilizing heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel to ensure durability and longevity in demanding liquid environments.
