Intelligent diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis function, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors its operational process and internal state with precision. Upon detecting a predefined number of anomalies, it transitions into a fault alarm mode, outputting a distinct alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) that triggers control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During such failures, its LCD screen promptly displays 'Err,' facilitating an expedient analysis and identification of faulty components, thus streamlining the processes of instrument maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnosis function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, providing alarm signals as either a warning or fault protection current.
