Structural Principle

Ingeniously designed for precision and clarity, the upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly connected to the container via robust flanges, forming a highly efficient communicator. This design allows for direct observation of the actual height of the liquid level within the container, thanks to the transparent glass interface.
Our liquid level gauges boast primarily two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive, each tailored to meet diverse measurement needs with exceptional accuracy.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge incorporates safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage under internal container pressure, effectively sealing to mitigate further liquid spillage.
At the forefront of versatility, the instrument offers variant fittings: the UB type is equipped with innovative blocking screws, while the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These features facilitate easy sampling, efficient flushing, or the smooth release of any residual liquid during maintenance.
Engineered for adaptability, the product can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket, making it perfectly suitable for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thereby expanding its application range across challenging environments.

UB-A type connection flange: Crafted for adaptability, this product includes a UB-A type connection flange: HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For compatibility with other flange standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify your requirements when placing an order.
