By employing robust flanges, both the upper and lower ends of the gauge securely attach to the container. This connection creates a highly reliable communicator, enabling precise, direct observation of the liquid level through our premium glass interface. The advanced design of our liquid level gauges provides two primary structural options: reflective and transmissive. These innovative structures cater to a wide range of industrial needs, ensuring optimal visibility and reliable performance under varying conditions.
Your safety is our priority. Our liquid level gauges are equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these intelligent steel balls instantly respond, sealing off under container pressure. This automatic feature prevents any liquid leakage, safeguarding your operations and maintaining system integrity.
Tailored for precision and functionality, the UB type of our instrument comes with expertly fitted blocking screws, while the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These allow for seamless sampling, efficient flushing, and effective release of residual liquids during maintenance tasks, ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operation.
Elevate your measurement capabilities with our versatile product, which offers an optional steam jacket. This feature is ideal for handling viscous or easily frozen liquid media, expanding the range of applications and maintaining fluid integrity even in challenging conditions.
