The TK3100 series metal tube float flowmeter adopts the variable area measurement principle and utilizes modern high-tech methods and components for production. The flowmeter primarily consists of three main parts: 1. The measuring tube body; 2. The conical float; 3. The indicator.
The displacement of the float is proportional to the flow rate. Through a magnetic coupling system, the float's displacement is transmitted to the indicator in a non-contact manner to display the flow rate. The flowmeter can be equipped with various converters to convert the flow value into standard signals, such as 4-20mA electrical signals for remote transmission, enabling remote display, recording, integration, and control functions. It is suitable for measuring both liquids and gases.
The design of the measuring tube is tailored to different pipeline conditions and the measurement requirements of special fluids, offering various structural configurations, such as thermal insulation jacket types and damped types. In addition to standard options, special designs can be customized for users, such as high-pressure or high-temperature models, to maximize the fulfillment of user needs.
