Intelligent Diagnosis
The PDS intelligent transmitter is equipped with a state-of-the-art integrated diagnostic function that vigilantly monitors its operations and internal state in real-time. When predefined event thresholds are exceeded, the transmitter transitions to a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to provide essential control signals for system interlocking or integration with SIS security systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD panel prominently displays 'Err' and automatically analyzes and identifies the defective components, greatly simplifying maintenance, repairs, and part replacements.
This advanced diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where alarms manifest as a warning or fault protection current. It enables automatic diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element suffer damage, the defective component can be seamlessly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.

Simulation
The PDS transmitter's simulation function is an innovative tool that replicates process states to collect crucial measurement data. The simulation output parameters include pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The versatile simulation output mode offers both fixed value simulation and linear function simulation options.
