Introducing the TKLM240: a marvel in multi-stage pressure reducing regulation. This advanced valve represents a significant upgrade with its pressure-balanced design, employing state-of-the-art sealing rings on both the streamlined plug and sleeve. This innovation dramatically enhances leakage ratings. With an elegantly compact design, the valve features an S-shaped channel and flow guiding wing, ensuring a seamless, balanced fluid flow around the sleeve. This results in minimal pressure drop loss, higher flow rates, and a broad adjustable range with precision in flow characteristics. Remarkably, it can achieve up to 13 pressure reduction stages, adhering strictly to the esteemed IEC534-2-1976 standard.
In compliance with the ANSI B16.104 standard, our regulating valve showcases exceptional leakage control. Outfitted with a sophisticated multi-spring diaphragm, as well as cylinder or electric actuators, the valve's design is compact yet powerful, delivering substantial output force.
