Structural Principle
The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly integrated with the container via robust flanges, creating a highly efficient communicator. This ingenious design allows the actual height of the liquid level inside the container to be directly and effortlessly observed through the precision-engineered glass, providing users with clear and accurate readings.
Our liquid level gauges are crafted with two primary and sophisticated structural designs: reflective and transmissive. Each structure offers distinct advantages, tailored to meet specific operational needs and ensuring optimal performance in various industrial applications.
In a commitment to ultimate safety, the liquid level gauge is equipped with strategically installed safety steel balls inside the upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate suffer accidental damage, these steel balls are designed to automatically seal off under internal pressure, effectively preventing any further outflow of liquid, thus ensuring the integrity and safety of the system.
The instrument's ends are meticulously designed; the UB type incorporates durable blocking screws, while the innovative UB-A type features versatile G1/2" needle valves. These allow for efficient sampling, thorough flushing, or the release of residual liquids during maintenance, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of operational needs.
Enhance your measurement capabilities with the option to equip the product with a steam jacket, making it exceptionally suited for handling viscous or easily frozen liquid media. This feature extends the functionality of the device, ensuring precise and reliable measurement in challenging conditions.
Measurement Range: Available in diverse options such as 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, tailored to suit various industrial requirements.
Working Pressure: Designed to withstand a robust pressure of 6.3 MPa, ensuring durability and efficient performance under demanding conditions.
Operating Temperature: Capable of performing optimally in temperatures up to ≤200ºC, making it versatile for a range of thermal environments.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Calibrated for a differential of 0.2 MPa, ensuring precise sealing and operational efficiency.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Rated for a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, enhancing its functionality in steam-involved applications.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, facilitating seamless installation and integration into existing systems.
Process Connection: UB type connection with options for external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, providing flexibility for diverse connection needs.
UB-A type connection flange: Conforming to HG20592~20635-97 standards with DN20~DN50 sizing. For other standard requirements like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify upon order.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed using premium heat-resistant carbon steel or stainless steel, guaranteeing longevity and superior resistance to corrosive elements.
