The PDS Intelligent Transmitter redefines precision with an impressive basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, reaching an astounding 0.025%FS at its pinnacle. After a decade of steadfast performance, it preserves an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing long-term maintenance expenses. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, it confidently withstands the harshest chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior electromagnetic interference resistance and lightning protection capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.

Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis function, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter vigilantly monitors both operational processes and its own status in real-time. When predefined event thresholds are surpassed, it promptly enters a fault alarm state, delivering an alert current of 3.6 or 22.8mA to trigger system interlocks or SIS security protocols. During malfunctions, the LCD display flashes 'Err', intelligently analyzing and pinpointing faults for streamlined maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
Harnessing HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, the diagnosis function proactively identifies issues, categorizing alarms as either warnings or fault protection currents. It autonomously evaluates the health of SENSORs, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measurement element falter, the component can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
