Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with advanced integrated diagnostics, the PDS Intelligent Transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational processes and internal status in real-time. Upon surpassing the set threshold of events, it transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA) crucial for system interlocking or SIS security system signaling. When a fault occurs, the LCD promptly flashes "Err", instantly analyzing and pinpointing defective components, streamlining the maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures for your convenience.
This diagnostic capability is further enhanced through HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, allowing alarms to manifest as warning signals or fault protection currents. It automatically scrutinizes SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In the event of electronic unit or measurement element failure, defective parts can be effortlessly replaced on-site without necessitating further adjustments.

Simulation
The PDS Transmitter's simulation function offers an innovative way to emulate process states for optimal measurement data acquisition.
