Intelligent diagnosis
With advanced integrated diagnostics, the PDS intelligent transmitter meticulously monitors its operational processes and internal status in real-time. Upon surpassing a pre-set event threshold, it triggers a fault alarm state, emitting an alert current of 3.6 or 22.8mA to facilitate system interlocking or SIS security system engagement. During malfunctions, the LCD prominently displays 'Err', promptly identifying and showcasing faulty components. This intelligent feature significantly simplifies maintenance, repairs, and part replacements, streamlining operational continuity.
The transmitter's diagnostic capabilities extend through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols.
