Structural Principle

The innovative design of our liquid level gauge is meticulously crafted with precision. Its upper and lower ends seamlessly connect to the container using durable flanges, creating an exceptional communicator. Through the high-quality glass, you can effortlessly and accurately observe the real-time height of the liquid level within the container.
Our liquid level gauges are available in two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive, each catering to specific monitoring needs.
For enhanced safety, robust steel balls are strategically installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the rare event of glass plate damage, these steel balls instinctively seal the opening under internal container pressure, effectively halting any further liquid leakage.
The instrument's ends are expertly designed with versatile options: the UB type features secure blocking screws, while the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves. These allow for efficient sampling, flushing, or the safe release of residual liquid during maintenance operations.

UB-A type connection flange: With the UB-A type connection flange, compatible with standards HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50, adaptability is at your fingertips. For other flange standards (GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), simply specify your requirements when placing an order.
