Structural Principle

The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are elegantly connected to the container via robust flanges, ingeniously crafted to form a seamless communicator. This innovative design allows for the direct observation of the liquid's true height within the container, beautifully displayed through the pristine glass interface.
Our liquid level gauges are meticulously engineered in two primary structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each offers unique advantages tailored to specific measurement needs.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is outfitted with high-quality steel balls strategically installed within the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically activate, leveraging internal container pressure to seal the opening and expertly prevent any further liquid escape.
At each end of this precision instrument, the UB type is equipped with secure blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These are essential for sampling, flushing, or the efficient release of residual liquids during routine maintenance, ensuring the instrument's optimal performance.
This versatile product can be enhanced with an optional steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media, thereby expanding its application scope across challenging environments.
