Structural Principle
The liquid level gauge boasts a sophisticated structure where its upper and lower ends are seamlessly connected to the container using robust flanges, thus forming a precise communicator. Through the clarity of the high-quality glass, one can directly observe the actual liquid level within the container, offering unmatched accuracy and reliability.
This versatile level gauge is available in two primary structural designs: reflective and transmissive, each engineered to cater to specific industrial needs and applications.
For enhanced safety, the gauge features meticulously designed safety steel balls within both the upper and lower valves. These steel balls are engineered to automatically activate and seal in response to any accidental damage to the glass plate, thereby preventing any further liquid leakage under the container's internal pressure, ensuring maximum safety and operational integrity.
At the extremities of this state-of-the-art instrument, the UB type is equipped with blocking screws, whereas the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These valves serve crucial roles during maintenance, allowing for efficient sampling, flushing, or the safe release of residual liquids.
For applications dealing with viscous or easily frozen liquids, the product can be optionally outfitted with a steam jacket. This feature makes it highly suitable for challenging conditions, ensuring consistent performance and accurate measurements regardless of the media characteristics.
Measurement Range: Versatile measurement options including 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, and 1700 mm, designed to cater to diverse industrial needs.
Working Pressure: Built to withstand a rigorous pressure of up to 6.3 MPa, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
Operating Temperature: Optimized for thermal resilience with a maximum operating temperature of ≤200ºC, perfect for extreme industrial applications.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Innovatively engineered with a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa for effective valve sealing.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Robustly designed to maintain a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, enhancing system efficiency.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for secure and flexible steam jacket connections.
Process Connection: Offers UB type connection thread with options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5 for versatile integration.
UB-A type connection flange: Features a versatile flange design, HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For customization with other standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify your preference when placing an order.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted using high-quality heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel for superior durability and performance.
