With a basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, capable of an incredible 0.025%FS, it promises endurance in performance. Even after a decade in operation, its accuracy remains at a remarkable 99.9%, minimizing maintenance costs significantly. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with cutting-edge integrated diagnostic functions, the PDS intelligent transmitter constantly monitors its operations in real-time. When event thresholds are exceeded, it transitions to a fault alarm state, activating an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to provide control signals for system interlocking or integration with SIS security systems. Should a failure occur, 'Err' is displayed on the LCD panel, and it automatically analyzes and identifies the malfunctioning components, greatly streamlining maintenance, repairs, and parts replacements.
This sophisticated diagnostic system can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. It enables automatic health diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element sustains damage, the defective component can be effortlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.

Simulation
The PDS transmitter's simulation function is a proactive tool that emulates process states to acquire critical measurement data. It ensures connectivity verification and output condition assessment of the transmitter circuit. Simulation output parameters include pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The flexible simulation output mode offers both fixed value and linear function simulation options. During simulation, transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure, reverting to standard measurement mode after key operation or a power-off restart.
