Structural Principle
Ingeniously designed with precision and reliability in mind, the liquid level gauge seamlessly connects to the container's upper and lower ends via robust flanges, creating an efficient communicator. This allows for the direct visualization of the actual liquid level height within the container through a durable glass interface, ensuring precise monitoring every time.
Our liquid level gauges come in two main structural marvels: the reflective type, which uses light reflection for clarity, and the transmissive type, allowing light to pass through for a clear view.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauges are equipped with automatic safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate suffer accidental damage, these steel balls instinctively seal off under the container's internal pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid spillage.
Tailored for versatility, the instrument features UB type blocking screws at both ends. Alternatively, the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, ideal for effortless sampling, efficient flushing, or releasing any residual liquid during maintenance operations.
Adaptable to challenging conditions, the product can be outfitted with an optional steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media with ease and precision.
Measurement Range: Delight in versatility with options at 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, allowing flexibility for various applications.
Working Pressure: Built to withstand up to 6.3 MPa, ensuring reliable performance under high-pressure conditions.
Operating Temperature: Functioning optimally at temperatures up to ≤200ºC, catering to a broad range of thermal environments.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Designed with precision, it features an automatic valve sealing pressure differential of 0.2 MPa for seamless operations.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Engineered to handle a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, supporting enhanced thermal regulation.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread for seamless integration and connectivity.
Process Connection: Equipped with a UB type connection thread, offering external thread options of G3/4" or M27×1.5 for easy installation.
UB-A type connection flange: Compliant with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify during your order to ensure precise compatibility.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from robust materials like heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring durability and high resistance.
