It expertly guides the actuator to precisely control the valve core position, thereby adjusting the pressure differential and flow rate seamlessly at both ends. This mechanism ensures the stabilization of pressure, whether before or after the valve. The TKLV500 boasts several superior features including its remarkable sensitivity, excellent sealing, and minimal pressure fluctuation at set points. It is an essential tool in the realm of automatic control, adeptly handling pressure reduction and stabilization, as well as pressure relief for gases, liquids, and steam media with finesse.
This versatile series of products offers three distinct structural designs: single seat, sleeve, and double seat, along with two dynamic types of actuators: diaphragm type and piston type. It operates with two action modes: pressure regulation post-valve for reduction (type B) and pre-valve for relief (type K). The product is engineered to cater to varying nominal pressure levels of PN16, 40, and 64, and accommodates a comprehensive valve body diameter range of DN20~300. With leakage levels extending from grade II through grade VI, and a quick-opening flow characteristic, the TKLV500 series is adaptable to a broad spectrum of pressure adjustment ranging from 15 to 2500Kpa. Tailored configurations are available to satisfy specific user operational requirements seamlessly.
