Both the upper and lower ends seamlessly integrate with the container using robust flanges, creating a flawless communicator. This ingenious setup allows for the direct observation of the actual liquid level height inside the container through the crystal-clear glass, ensuring precision in monitoring and management.
Our state-of-the-art liquid level gauges are available in two superior structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each type is crafted to meet diverse needs, providing unparalleled accuracy and reliability for a variety of applications.
Safety is paramount with our design. Ingeniously engineered safety steel balls are housed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unlikely event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls act with precision, automatically sealing under internal container pressure to prevent any further liquid outflow, ensuring your operations remain uninterrupted and secure.
Thoughtful engineering is evident at both ends of the instrument. The versatile UB type comes equipped with durable blocking screws, while the advanced UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These are perfect for sampling, efficient flushing, or releasing any residual liquid during essential maintenance operations, ensuring the instrument's longevity and performance.
For specialized requirements, the product can be optionally equipped with a superior steam jacket, making it ideal for the precise measurement of viscous and easily frozen liquid media. This added feature ensures adaptability and versatility in challenging environments.
Measurement Range: Discover the versatility with measurement options spanning 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, and 1700 mm, catering to diverse operational needs.
Working Pressure: Engineered for robustness with a working pressure threshold of 6.3 MPa, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Operating Temperature: Designed to withstand extreme environments with an operating temperature capacity of up to 200ºC, offering exceptional durability and efficiency.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Achieve seamless operation with a precise automatic valve sealing pressure differential set at 0.2 MPa.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Capable of maintaining a consistent steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, optimizing thermal management.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2 external thread steam jacket fitting, facilitating ease of integration into existing setups.
Process Connection: Provides flexibility with a UB type connection thread, available as an external thread G3/4 or M27×1.5, suitable for various installation requirements.
UB-A Type Connection Flange: Standardized with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 flanges. For other flange standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, and more, please specify your needs when placing an order to ensure compatibility.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from premium heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resilience against corrosive elements.
