Structural Principle

The engineering brilliance of the Highpeak Water Level Meter is exemplified in its design: the upper and lower ends are seamlessly integrated with the container through robust flanges, creating a flawless communicator. This ingenious structure allows for the direct and accurate observation of the liquid's height within the container via the transparent glass, ensuring precision and reliability.
Our advanced liquid level gauge offers two primary structural designs: the reflective type, known for its clarity and precision, and the transmissive type, designed to provide exceptional visibility and accuracy in various applications.
For enhanced safety, the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge are fortified with high-grade safety steel balls. In an unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls instinctively seal under the container's internal pressure, effectively halting any potential liquid escape, thus safeguarding your operations.
The instrument's ends are expertly designed: the UB type comes with secure blocking screws, while the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, meticulously crafted for sampling, flushing, or the meticulous release of residual liquid during maintenance tasks, ensuring versatility and ease of use.
Tailored for demanding conditions, the product can be fitted with an optional steam jacket, rendering it ideal for the measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, enhancing its adaptability across a range of challenging environments.
