The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with the potential to reach an impressive 0.025%FS. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with integrated diagnostics, the PDS intelligent transmitter constantly monitors its operation and status. Should the number of defined events be exceeded, it promptly enters an alarm state, emitting alarm currents of either 3.6 or 22.8mA. This provides crucial control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen reveals an "Err" display and proceeds to automatically analyze and pinpoint the faulty components, thereby streamlining instrument maintenance and simplifying repairs and replacements.
Harnessing communication protocols such as HART, FF, PA, and more, the diagnostic function springs into action, presenting alarms as warning or fault protection currents. It adeptly diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and assesses software health. In instances where the electronic unit or measurement component incurs damage, seamless on-site component replacement can be executed, eliminating the need for re-adjustments.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation capability enables imitation of process states to acquire measurement data effectively. It also serves to verify transmitter circuit connections and output statuses. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, while simulation modes include fixed value and linear function simulations. During this simulation phase, transmitter outputs remain unaffected by field pressure changes, reverting to normal measurement states post key operation or upon a power restart of the transmitter.
