Introducing the TKLV500 self-operated pressure regulating valve-no external energy source required! Harnessing the energy from the medium it adjusts, this valve serves as its own power source, skillfully guiding the actuator to control the valve core's position. This innovative mechanism efficiently modulates the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, offering unparalleled pressure stabilization either before or after the valve. With its swift responsiveness, superior sealing, and minimal pressure setpoint fluctuations, it shines in automating control for reducing and stabilizing pressure or relieving and stabilizing pressure across gases, liquids, and steam media.
Our diverse product series offers three structural designs: single seat, sleeve, and double seat. It features two actuator types-diaphragm and piston-and supports dual-action modes: post-valve pressure regulation for reduction (type B) and pre-valve pressure regulation for relief (type K). The product's nominal pressure levels are PN16, 40, and 64, with valve body diameters ranging from DN20 to 300. It achieves leakage levels of grade II, IV, and VI, with a flow characteristic of quick opening. The pressure adjustment range spans from 15 to 2500Kpa, allowing for tailored combinations to meet specific user operating requirements.
