The GD20 Series Drives are engineered for unmatched performance, leveraging advanced sensorless vector control technology that ensures both superior drive and control capabilities. Standard in the GD20 series, models ranging from 18.5KW to 110KW feature a built-in DC reactor. For models 18.5KW to 37KW, a standard brake unit is included, while models from 45KW to 110KW offer an optional integrated brake unit. The full spectrum of these drives is equipped with an independent air duct design, significantly boosting reliability and performance.

- Standard built-in DC reactor (for models 18.5-110kW) enhances power factor efficiency.
- Integrated braking unit is standard for models up to 37kW; available as an option for models between 45-110kW.

4. Versatile Installation Methods
- Models 380V 2.2kW and below support both DIN rail and wall mounting; models 380V 4kW and above support wall and flange mounting.

- The cooling fan is independently removable, simplifying maintenance tasks.
- A standard external LED keypad is included, with an optional LED keypad that offers a parameter copy function to meet diverse application requirements.

- Features include a basic PLC, multi-speed control, built-in PID, torque control, customizable V/F curves, various braking methods, and a ride-through feature for power loss, providing comprehensive control and adaptability.

Braking unit
Braking  units  have  been  built in the 37kW  and  lower VFD  models  as  standard  configuration.  Braking  units have  been  built  in  the  45-110kW  VFD  models  as optional configuration.

EMI filter
3PH   380V   (≥4kW)  and   3PH  220V   (≥1.5kW)  VFD models can satisfy the requirements of IEC 61800-3 C3, other   models  can  satisfy  the  requirements  of  IEC 61800-3  C3  by  installing  optional  external  filter.  The whole  series   can  satisfy  the   requirements   of   IEC 61800-3 C2 by installing optional external filter.
