Structural Principle

The Precision Highpeak Liquid Level Meter is innovatively designed, utilizing flanges to seamlessly integrate with your container as a communicator. This allows you to intuitively observe the precise height of the liquid level directly through the sturdy glass, ensuring accurate and reliable monitoring.
Our liquid level gauge boasts two sophisticated structural designs: the reflective type, which provides an enhanced visual interpretation, and the transmissive type, which offers clarity and precision like no other.
For enhanced safety and durability, the Precision Highpeak Liquid Level Meter features strategically installed safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. These steel balls are engineered to automatically seal in the event of glass damage due to internal pressure, effectively halting any potential liquid leakage and safeguarding your operations.
To ensure versatility and convenience, the instrument is ingeniously equipped with UB type blocking screws, while the UB-A variant is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These facilitate seamless sampling, efficient flushing, and easy release of residual liquids during essential maintenance tasks.
Further enhancing its adaptability, the Precision Highpeak Liquid Level Meter can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket. This feature makes it ideally suited for accurately measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring optimal performance in a wide range of industrial environments.

Operating Temperature: Capable of enduring temperatures as high as ≤200ºC, this meter is perfect for challenging environments, ensuring precise monitoring.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: The innovative sealing mechanism functions seamlessly with a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, enhancing operational safety.

Steam Jacket Pressure: With a robust steam jacket pressure capacity of 1.0 MPa, this meter maintains its integrity even in demanding pressure conditions.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread, offering a secure and adaptable connection for ease of installation and maintenance.

Process Connection: Tailored with a UB type connection thread, available in external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, ensuring compatibility with diverse piping systems.

UB-A type connection flange: Engineered to meet varying standards, with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50, and adaptable to other flange standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN. Please specify your preference when ordering.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosive industrial fluids.
