Structural Principle

The Highpeak Advanced Level Meter from Cold Valley Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is ingeniously crafted with flanges connecting its upper and lower ends to the container, transforming it into an insightful communicator. This sophisticated design allows for the direct visualization of the precise liquid level within the container through its crystal-clear glass interface, offering unmatched accuracy and reliability.
Our liquid level gauges are available in two main structural designs: the reflective type and the transmissive type. Each offers distinct advantages, tailored to meet your specific measurement needs.
For safety, the Highpeak Advanced Level Meter is equipped with security-enhancing steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the rare event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically activate under container pressure, effectively sealing the system and averting any further liquid leakage.
The instrument is designed with adaptability in mind. The UB type is seamlessly integrated with blocking screws at both ends, whereas the UB-A type features versatile G1/2" needle valves, enabling effortless sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquids during maintenance procedures.
Enhancing its versatility, this exceptional product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket, making it ideally suited for the measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring consistent performance in a wide range of challenging environments.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Engineered for efficiency, it requires only a minimal pressure differential of 0.2 MPa to ensure optimal sealing.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Equipped to handle steam jacket pressures of up to 1.0 MPa, facilitating exceptional temperature regulation and operational efficiency.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a convenient G1/2" external thread, allowing for seamless integration into existing systems with ease.

Process Connection: Flexibly designed with UB type connection thread options of G3/4" or M27×1.5 external threads, catering to diverse installation requirements.

UB-A type connection flange: Crafted to conform to standards HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For compatibility with other standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify your need when ordering, ensuring perfect fitment every time.
