The TK3100 series metal tube float flowmeter is a marvel of modern engineering, embracing the time-tested variable area measurement principle. The precisely engineered conical float; 3. The advanced indicator for seamless flow detection.

The float's displacement serves as a direct indicator of the flow rate, ingeniously transmitted to the indicator through a sophisticated magnetic coupling system, ensuring non-contact precision. This versatile flowmeter can be paired with an array of converters to effortlessly transform flow values into standard signals, such as the universally recognized 4-20mA electrical signals. This feature facilitates a wide range of functionalities including remote display, meticulous recording, seamless integration, and comprehensive control for both liquid and gas measurements.

Designed with adaptability in mind, the measuring tube is versatile enough to accommodate a range of pipeline conditions and unique fluid measurement requirements. It offers diverse structural configurations, including thermal insulation jacket types and damped variants. Beyond standard solutions, bespoke designs are available, such as high-pressure or high-temperature models, ensuring optimal user satisfaction and tailored performance.

Water at 20ºC: From an impressive 2.5 to a staggering 150,000 L/h;
Air at 1.013 bar abs and 20ºC: Ranging from a delicate 0.07 to a robust 3000 m³/h.
2. Turndown ratio: Offering flexibility with options of 10:1 and 5:1.
3. Accuracy class: Precision assured within classes 1.5 and 2.5.
4. Pressure loss: Refer to flowmeter specifications for detailed insights.
