Structural Principle
The sophisticated design of the liquid level gauge involves connecting the upper and lower ends to the container through robust flanges, thus forming an efficient communicator. This design allows the actual liquid level inside the container to be directly and clearly observed with precision through the high-quality glass.
Discover the two primary types of liquid level gauge structures: reflective and transmissive, each engineered for optimal performance under varying conditions.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is equipped with safety steel balls strategically installed inside the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event that the glass plate is accidentally damaged, these steel balls automatically activate under the container's internal pressure, effectively sealing to prevent further liquid outflow.
The advanced UB type instrument features precision-engineered blocking screws at both ends, while the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves, designed for versatile purposes such as sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid, ensuring easy maintenance.
To accommodate specific measurements, the product can be enhanced with a steam jacket, making it ideal for assessing viscous and easily frozen liquid media, thus broadening its application range.
Measurement Range: Available in various lengths such as 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700 mm, offering flexibility for diverse measurement needs.
Working Pressure: Engineered to withstand pressures up to 6.3 MPa, ensuring reliability and durability in demanding environments.
Operating Temperature: Efficiently operates at temperatures up to 200ºC, highlighting its robust thermal performance.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: 0.2 MPa, ensuring prompt and effective sealing under pressure changes.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed to handle up to 1.0 MPa, providing robust support for steam applications.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread for seamless integration into existing systems.
Process Connection: UB type connection includes an external thread of G3/4" or M27×1.5, offering versatility and compatibility.
UB-A type connection flange: Compliant with standards HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For other flange standards (e.g., GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify your needs when ordering.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from durable heat-resistant carbon steel and premium stainless steel, ensuring longevity and performance.
