Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors its operational process and health status in real time. Once predefined event thresholds are surpassed, it seamlessly transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting alarm currents of 3.6 or 22.8mA, thereby providing vital control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During any malfunction, the LCD display promptly presents an "Err" message, along with automatic analysis and identification of faulty components, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them remarkably effortless and efficient.
Utilizing HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, the diagnostic function can be activated, allowing for alarms to manifest as warning or fault protection currents.
