Structural Principle

Ingeniously designed, the upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly connected to the container through robust flanges, creating a reliable communicator. This sophisticated arrangement allows for the direct and clear observation of the liquid's height within the container, all thanks to the transparent and durable glass.
Our liquid level gauges primarily feature two distinct and innovative structures: the reflective type, which ingeniously uses reflection to indicate liquid levels, and the transmissive type, which allows light to pass through, offering direct level readings.
Enhancing safety, our liquid level gauge is equipped with precision-engineered steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage under the internal pressure, efficiently sealing the apparatus to halt any further liquid escape.
On both ends of this expertly crafted instrument, the UB type is outfitted with reliable blocking screws, whereas the UB-A type features versatile G1/2" needle valves, ideal for sampling, efficient flushing, or releasing residual liquid during comprehensive maintenance procedures.
Designed for versatility, the product is available with an optional steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for accurately measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media, ensuring optimal performance across a broad range of challenging conditions.
