Advanced Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter diligently monitors its operational processes and internal state in real-time. When predefined limits are surpassed, it activates a fault alarm state, effectively outputting alarm currents of 3.6 or 22.8mA, thus providing critical control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During a malfunction, it intuitively displays "Err" on the LCD screen, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty components, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks for utmost convenience.
This intelligent diagnostic capability extends through HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, expressing alarms as either warnings or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software integrity.
