The PDS815 Series Differential Pressure Sensor, an epitome of precision, boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with potential to achieve an unparalleled 0.025%FS. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic feature, the PDS intelligent transmitter offers real-time monitoring of both operational processes and its own status. When predefined event thresholds are surpassed, the transmitter seamlessly transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to signal interlocking systems or SIS security frameworks. During faults, the LCD intuitively displays 'Err', performing automatic analysis and identification of faulty components, thereby streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
This sophisticated diagnosis capability is accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms configurable as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously checks the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to electronic units or measurement elements, malfunctioning components can be conveniently replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration.

Simulation
The transmitter's advanced simulation function allows for the emulation of process states to generate measurement data, as well as verifying transmitter circuit connections and output status. Simulated output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Choose between fixed value simulation and linear function simulation modes. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure, automatically reverting to normal measurement following key operations or power cycling.
