the need for physical contact between the valve stem and

the DVC6200. This design ensures no wear and tear on parts, maximizing

features fully encapsulated electronics impervious to

vibration, temperature fluctuations, and corrosive

environments. Its weather-tight wiring terminal box

effectively isolates field wiring from other components, ensuring

Actuator Overpressure Prevention

The DVC6200 digital valve controller is equipped with a rich library of valve diagnostic alerts, easily accessible via an Emerson Field Communicator. When integrated into a HART communicating system, it provides immediate notice of current or potential issues, seamlessly transmitting this data to the asset management system, complete with NAMUR NE107 alert categorization.

These alerts empower users by facilitating fast identification and notification of various conditions, including:
