Structural Principle

The Advanced Explosion Proof Level Gauge is ingeniously designed with its upper and lower sections seamlessly connected to the container via robust flanges, creating an effective communicator that allows for direct observation of the liquid level inside the container through a transparent glass interface.
This liquid level gauge features two primary structural types: reflective and transmissive, each offering unique benefits for specific measurement needs.
For enhanced safety, this gauge is equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls inside its upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically seal due to the internal container pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid outflow and ensuring operational safety.
Versatile and adaptable, the device comes in two variants: the UB type, which includes blocking screws on both ends, and the UB-A type, featuring G1/2" needle valves for easy sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, enhancing functionality and ease of use.
To accommodate unique measurement conditions, the product can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket, making it ideal for the accurate measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thus broadening its application scope.
