Structural Principle
The design of the Highpeak Level Transmitter Technology showcases an ingenious structural principle where the upper and lower connections of the liquid level gauge to the container are achieved through robust flanges, thus forming a seamless communicator. This allows for a crystal-clear and direct observation of the actual liquid level within the container via the resilient glass interface.
The Highpeak Level Transmitter Technology offers two primary structural types of liquid level gauges to cater to varied needs: reflective, which utilizes light reflection to determine the liquid level, and transmissive, designed to allow light to pass through and provide an accurate measurement.
To ensure unparalleled safety, the liquid level gauge is engineered with safety steel balls meticulously installed inside the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls instinctively seal under the container's internal pressure, effectively preventing any unintended liquid outflow and ensuring operational security.
At each end of the instrument, versatility is enhanced with the UB type featuring reliable blocking screws, and the UB-A type equipped with G1/2" needle valves. These are adeptly designed for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring ease of use and serviceability.
For applications involving challenging liquid media, the product can be optionally outfitted with a steam jacket. This feature is ideal for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thus expanding its functionality and versatility in various industrial environments.
Measurement Range: Available in versatile options of 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, our Highpeak Level Transmitter Technology provides precise adaptability for various liquid level monitoring needs.
Working Pressure: Engineered to withstand a robust 6.3 MPa, ensuring reliable performance in high-pressure environments.
Operating Temperature: Capable of operating efficiently at temperatures up to ≤200ºC, tailored for demanding industrial conditions.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Designed with a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa to ensure optimal valve sealing, enhancing system safety and efficiency.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Constructed to perform under a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, providing additional protection and temperature control.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, ensuring compatibility with standard piping systems.
Process Connection: Offering a UB type connection thread with options for G3/4" or M27×1.5 external threads, guaranteeing seamless integration into existing systems.
UB-A type connection flange: Utilizing HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 flanges. For customized requirements, including other standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify upon ordering to ensure perfect fit and compliance.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Fabricated with premium materials such as heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, assuring durability and resistance to harsh chemical environments.
