The liquid level gauge is ingeniously designed with its upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container by robust flanges. This innovative setup creates a transparent communicator, allowing users to effortlessly observe the true height of the liquid level within the container through the clear, pristine glass.
Liquid level gauges come in two primary forms, each with its unique advantage: the reflective type, which offers a mirrored view of the liquid, and the transmissive type, providing a direct perspective.
Engineered with precision, safety steel balls are strategically embedded within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the rare event of glass plate damage, these steel balls spring into action, utilizing internal pressure to automatically seal the device, thereby effectively halting any potential liquid spillage.
Ingeniously equipped, the UB type features blocking screws at both ends of the instrument, ensuring tight closure, while the advanced UB-A type is complemented by G1/2" needle valves. These valves are essential for precise sampling, thorough flushing, or safely releasing residual liquids during routine maintenance.
To accommodate challenging conditions, this product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket. This feature is essential for accurately measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring unparalleled performance even in the toughest environments.
