The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts remarkable precision, with a basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, and even reaching an impressive 0.025%FS. After a decade of continuous use, it promises to uphold 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal shell and fully hermetically sealed measuring components, the PDS transmitter is engineered to withstand harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter monitors both the process and its own condition in real-time. Should events exceed predefined thresholds, it seamlessly transitions to a fault alarm state, outputting a pivotal alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) for system interlocks or SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD prominently displays 'Err', while efficiently analyzing and identifying faulty components, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can be engaged via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with the alarm expressed as either a warning or fault protection current. It autonomously assesses the health of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element is compromised, the faulty component is easily replaceable on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.

Simulation
The simulation function of the transmitter adeptly mimics the process state to gather measurement data and verifies the connection and output status of the transmitter circuit. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The simulation operates via fixed value or linear function modes. During these simulations, the transmitter output remains unchanged by field pressure, reverting to its normal measurement state following key operations or power cycling.
