Structural Principle

The design of our liquid level gauge exhibits superior engineering, as the upper and lower ends are seamlessly connected to the container using high-quality flanges. This ingenious setup forms an efficient communicator, allowing users to effortlessly observe the actual height of the liquid level within the container through a durable glass interface.
Our liquid level gauge technology is available in two primary structures: reflective and transmissive. These options offer flexibility and precision, catering to diverse requirements with unmatched performance.
For enhanced safety measures, robust steel balls are strategically installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. Should the glass plate encounter accidental damage, these steel balls automatically activate, sealing the opening under internal pressure, effectively preventing any further outflow of liquid, thus ensuring maximum safety.
At each end of this sophisticated instrument, the UB type is equipped with advanced blocking screws. In contrast, the UB-A type boasts G1/2" needle valves, providing unparalleled convenience for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance procedures.
Our product can be optionally enhanced with a steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous, easily frozen liquid media, ensuring accurate results even under challenging conditions.

Process Connection: Versatile UB type connection thread options available: external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, catering to diverse installation requirements.

UB-A type connection flange: Compliant with HG20592~20635-97 standards for DN20~DN50. For additional standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, kindly specify during order placement for customized solutions.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion.
