The upper and lower ends are ingeniously connected to the container via robust flanges, forming a seamless communicator. This allows the actual height of the liquid level inside the container to be observed with clarity and accuracy through the pristine glass, offering a true reflection of the contents within.
Our liquid level gauge structures are available in two sophisticated types: reflective and transmissive. These options provide versatile solutions for various measurement needs, ensuring that each application is catered to with the utmost efficiency.
For enhanced safety and reliability, the liquid level gauge is equipped with safety steel balls installed within the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage under the internal container pressure, effectively sealing the outlet and preventing any further liquid outflow, thus safeguarding the environment and ensuring operational continuity.
At both ends of this meticulously engineered instrument, the UB type is enhanced with blocking screws for robust performance, while the UB-A type is equipped with versatile G1/2" needle valves. These are essential for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring that your operations are smooth and efficient at all times.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product can be accessorized with a steam jacket. This feature makes it impeccably suited for challenging measurement scenarios, maintaining peak performance irrespective of the media's physical state.
