Product Description

Structural Principle

Ingeniously crafted, the liquid level gauge features flanges at both the upper and lower ends to seamlessly connect to the container, forming a reliable communicator. This innovative design allows users to effortlessly observe the actual height of the liquid level inside the container through a clear glass interface.
The liquid level gauge is available in two distinct structural types: reflective, which utilizes advanced optics to enhance visibility, and transmissive, offering a direct view of the liquid levels.
Enhancing safety, the liquid level gauge includes strategically placed safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. These steel balls are designed to automatically seal, utilizing internal pressure, to prevent any further outflow of liquid in the unfortunate event of glass plate damage.
The instrument's ends are thoughtfully equipped with UB type blocking screws for secure closure. Additionally, the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves that are expertly designed for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket. This ensures accurate measurement and consistent operation in challenging environments.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Built for durability, it supports a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread fitting, our steam jacket connection ensures a secure and adaptable fit for various applications.

Process Connection: Versatile installation options include a UB type connection thread, available with an external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, offering flexibility to suit diverse setups.

UB-A type connection flange: The UB-A type connection flange complies with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards, with additional compatibility for other flange standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.); please specify your requirements when placing an order to ensure the perfect match.
