Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge boasts a sophisticated design, with its upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container via robust flanges. This design forms a communicator, allowing users to directly observe the actual height of the liquid level inside the container through a clear, durable glass section.
Our liquid level gauges are available in two primary structural designs: reflective and transmissive. Each type offers distinct advantages and applications, ensuring versatility for various needs.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauges are equipped with precision-engineered safety steel balls housed within the upper and lower valves. These steel balls automatically activate in the event of accidental glass plate damage, sealing swiftly under internal pressure to prevent any further liquid outflow.
At both ends of this advanced instrument, the UB type is enhanced with blocking screws for secure operation, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves, allowing for convenient sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquid during maintenance activities.
To accommodate viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product can be optionally equipped with an efficient steam jacket, ensuring accurate measurements even under challenging conditions.

Measurement Range: This versatile level meter covers a broad spectrum of measurement ranges including 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, ensuring reliability and precision across various applications.

Working Pressure: With a robust capacity to withstand pressures up to 6.3 MPa, our level meter is built to perform in demanding environments.

Operating Temperature: The device operates optimally at temperatures ≤200ºC, ensuring consistent performance even under extreme heat.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: At a differential of 0.2 MPa, the automatic valve sealing is designed to provide unwavering efficiency and safety.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed to sustain a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, ensuring the device remains reliably insulated and protected.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Featuring a G1/2" external thread, the steam jacket fitting ensures seamless integration and secure insulation.

Process Connection: Our level meter boasts a versatile UB type connection thread offering an external thread of either G3/4" or M27×1.5, tailored for diverse installation needs.

UB-A Type Connection Flange: Compatible with flange standards HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50, and adaptable to other standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., upon specification with your order.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, this product promises durability and resilience under adverse conditions.
