The Highpeak Explosion Proof Level Gauge is ingeniously designed with its upper and lower ends seamlessly integrated with the container via robust flanges, functioning as a precise communicator. This allows for the direct observation of the actual liquid level within the container through the high-quality glass, ensuring accuracy and reliability in measurement.
Our sophisticated liquid level gauges come in two primary structural types: the reflective type, which utilizes light to reflect the liquid level, and the transmissive type, which permits light to pass through for a clear view. Each is tailored to meet specific user needs and conditions, ensuring versatile application across various industries.
For enhanced safety, the design incorporates safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate experience accidental damage, these steel balls instantaneously seal under the internal container pressure, effectively halting any further liquid leakage and safeguarding the operational environment.
The instrument's ends are meticulously crafted.
