The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts remarkable accuracy, with a basic precision of an impressive 0.04%FS, reaching as high as 0.025%FS. This ensures enduring performance by maintaining a staggering 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous use, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal shell and completely sealed measurement parts, this device stands resilient against extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers superior protection against electromagnetic interference and lightning, guaranteeing unparalleled stability and reliability.

Intelligent diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic feature, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly oversees both operational processes and its internal state in real-time. Should the number of events surpass predefined limits, the transmitter initiates a fault alarm state, outputting an alert current of either 3.6 or 22.8mA. This serves as a vital control signal for system interlocking or SIS security systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD screen promptly displays 'Err', along with a detailed analysis of faulty components, streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements with ease.
Harnessing the power of HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, the diagnosis function can be activated, allowing alarms to be set as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously assesses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should any electronic unit or measurement component sustain damage, it can be effortlessly replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation function is adept at mimicking process states to procure accurate measurement data, whilst checking the connection and output status of the transmitter circuit. Simulation output parameters span pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Modes include both fixed value simulation and linear function simulation. During this simulation phase, the transmitter maintains consistent output, unaffected by field pressure changes, reverting to normal measurement post key operation or power cycle.
