Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge is ingeniously designed with its upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container using robust flanges, creating a harmonious communicator. This allows users to effortlessly observe the actual height of the liquid level inside the container through a clear, transparent glass, ensuring precise, real-time monitoring.
The liquid level gauge comes in two innovative structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each offers distinctive advantages tailored to meet diverse application needs with precision and efficiency.
Incorporating advanced safety features, the liquid level gauge houses intelligent safety steel balls inside the upper and lower valves. These steel balls act as vigilant protectors, instantly sealing the gauge under internal pressure if the glass plate is accidentally damaged, thereby preventing any unwanted liquid outflow and ensuring operational safety.
The instrument is thoughtfully designed with versatile endings: the UB type is equipped with durable blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These are perfect for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing residual liquid during maintenance, enhancing the instrument's functionality.
Elevating its versatility, the product can be outfitted with a steam jacket, making it adept at measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media. This feature caters to specialized environments, providing reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
