Structural Principle

The ingenious design of the liquid level gauge involves securely connecting both the upper and lower ends to the container using robust flanges, creating an efficient communication system. This seamless connection allows for precise and direct observation of the liquid's actual height within the container, visible through the durable glass interface.
Our liquid level gauges feature two primary structural types: reflective and transmissive, each crafted to offer optimal performance and accuracy for diverse applications.
For enhanced safety, innovative steel balls are strategically installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically activate, utilizing the internal pressure to seal and prevent any further liquid escape, ensuring continued protection and reliability.
To cater to different operational needs, the UB type is equipped with efficient blocking screws at both ends, while the UB-A type is enhanced with versatile G1/2" needle valves. These facilitate easy sampling, efficient flushing, or the convenient release of residual liquid during essential maintenance tasks.
For applications involving viscous or easily solidified liquid media, the product can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket, providing an ideal solution for maintaining flow and accuracy in challenging conditions.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Efficiently maintains a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, optimizing the valve operation for safety and integrity.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed to handle a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, ensuring optimal heat management for your operations.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for easy and secure connectivity, streamlining installation processes.

Process Connection: Features the versatile UB type connection thread with an external thread of G3/4" or M27×1.5, enhancing adaptability to various system requirements.

UB-A type connection flange: Crafted to meet HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange standards, such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., kindly specify at the time of order to ensure precise compatibility with your systems.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed using premium heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel for superior durability and resistance, ensuring long-lasting, dependable performance.
