The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, reaching up to 0.025%FS for peak precision. Over a decade of continuous use, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, it gracefully withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers formidable resistance to electromagnetic interference and features lightning protection, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability at all times.

Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an integrated real-time diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter actively monitors its operational processes and self-status. Upon exceeding a predefined event threshold, it triggers a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to signal system interlocks or SIS security systems. During faults, an 'Err' alert appears on the LCD display, which automatically analyzes and identifies faulty components, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks for maximum convenience.
This diagnostic capability is also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, allowing alarms to be issued as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically evaluates the health of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measurement element is damaged, the system allows for direct on-site replacement of faulty parts without the need for re-calibration.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation functionality enables a replication of the process state to capture accurate measurement data, as well as verifying the transmitter's circuit connections and output status. Simulation output parameters include pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, while output modes offer fixed value or linear function simulations. During simulations, field pressure does not affect the transmitter output, which resumes normal measurement after a key operation or restart.
