Introducing the TKLM230 Low-Noise Cage Control Valve, designed to significantly reduce the noise associated with compressed fluid systems. This innovative valve features numerous symmetrical small holes on the sleeve, which expertly accommodate the diffusion and expansion of gas throttling, effectively mitigating pressure drops. The valve's core is engineered with a pressure-balanced structure, while the fluid pathway boasts an S-streamlined configuration. Additionally, a flow guide wing enhances the balanced flow of fluid around the sleeve, culminating in minimal pressure drop loss, heightened flow rates, and impressively low noise levels.
Conforming to the ANSI B16.104 standard, this control valve guarantees minimal leakage. It is equipped with a choice of actuators, including a multi-spring diaphragm, cylinder, or electric actuator, each offering a compact design and powerful output force, ensuring optimal performance in various operational scenarios.
This product adheres to the prestigious GB/T4213-92 standard, underscoring its robust quality and reliability.
