Structural Principle
The state-of-the-art design of this liquid level gauge elegantly connects the upper and lower ends to the container using robust flanges. This configuration creates an effective communicator, enabling you to effortlessly observe the actual height of the liquid within the container through durable glass, offering reliability and precision in measurement.
Our liquid level gauges come in two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive, each designed to cater to different application needs and provide exceptional accuracy and clarity in reading.
Ingeniously designed safety steel balls are strategically installed inside the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the rare event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage, sealing under internal container pressure to effectively halt any further liquid outflow, ensuring operational safety and integrity.
At both ends of this remarkable instrument, the UB type is equipped with blocking screws, whereas the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These valves allow for seamless sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquid, making maintenance a breeze.
For heightened versatility, this product can be outfitted with a steam jacket, making it perfect for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thus expanding its application in diverse environments.
